Meanwhile, Luzinda has dedicated one of her latest singles, Tebakulimba, to “outgoing” Mayor Erias Lukwago.
She said: “I dedicate this song to our outgoing Mayor. It is indeed sad but I suggest SEYA should replace him, what do you think?”
The remark is likely to stir controversy considering that Luzinda was said to have fallen in love with former Mayor Nasser Ntege Ssebagala.
