All is not well in the life of Silk Events boss, Elvis Sekyanzi. He was on Thursday arrested by court bailiffs over unpaid debts.
The businessman is said to have acquired a loan of about $23,000 from Masheta in 2016, but he hasn’t paid a single coin since then.
The loan was supposed to finance his events business but things didn’t go well for him hence failing to pay.
He has been playing hide and seek until he was netted on Thursday in Bugolobi, a Kampala suburb.
