Musician/songwriter Ray Signature has not released any hit songs in many years. That, however, has not stopped him from voicing his opinion on the trending subject of copyright law being advocated for by musicians mostly under the Uganda National Musician Federation (UNMF).
He recently asked Bobi Wine to tame his ‘rats’ something that annoyed many of Bobi Wine’s fanatics, and one of them is the upcoming singer, Baza Baza, who hit back with jibes.
“How can you call people rats? You must be joking, bro Ray Signature. You need to apologize,” Baza Baza wrote.
Ray dismissed his concern and said Baza is not at his level.
“It’s true I’m not your size because your biggest song titled "Kasenyanku" has only 22k views on YouTube, my song "Onina' has 1.4 million views,” Baza Baza retaliated.
Ray Signature later responded saying his current involvement in the copyright talk is not because of needs a musical comeback.
“I help people make comebacks, you know that. It can’t be hard for me,” he concluded.
