Bebe Cool has been my father figure in the music industry - Douglas Lwanga

Media personality and events host Douglas Lwanga has much praise for musician Bebe Cool.

Speaking in an interview with a local YouTuber, Douglas explained that Bebe Cool has been his father figure and has long given him free career guidance and knowledge.

"I lost my dad in Primary Seven, so I take him more like a father figure. He has been there directing my career, looking out for me and opportunities, so I appreciate him for that," he said.

Lwanga, in earlier interviews, revealed Bebe Cool helped him secure the NTV job. He called the manager Aggie Konde at the time and asked her to find space for Douglas Lwanga.

This was in 2013 when Douglas lost his job at Record Television.
