Musician Acidic Vokoz staged a concert on the same date as dancehall singer Mudra Da Viral.
Both shows will be taking place on the 30th of August this year.
Acidic Vokoz will be performing at Lugogo Cricket Oval, and Mudra's event will be taking place at Zoe Grounds, Lugogo.
Acidic Vokoz, however, says he doesn't have a problem with Mudra's concert and rallied fans of Ugandan music to support both shows.
"I don't have a problem with Mudra's concert, and I call upon fans to support both of us because there are many fans of Ugandan music out there. Supporting me and Mudra is putting a brick to the development of Ugandan music," he said in part during an interview with a local television station.
Acidic Vokoz's concert is being organized by Abitex.
