Over the weekend, Zari Hassan's daughter with Diamond Platnumz celebrated her birthday at a lavish party held at the socialite's home in South Africa.
The party was graced by Diamond Platnumz, which caused a rift between Zari and her husband Shakib.
It’s alleged that Diamond's appearance at the event didn’t sit well with Shakib, who raised concerns regarding the appropriateness of such an invitation.
However, Zari defended herself, claiming she never invited the Tanzanian singer to the party. She only asked him for money and was surprised by his appearance, claiming he must have gone through someone else to access the home.
"My husband Shakib is furious because of Diamond Platnumz's appearance at the party, but I never invited him. He sent me money to organize the party for Princess Tiffah, and I didn’t expect him to show up. However, he came through, and to me, it was a surprise," she partly said.
Zari insists that Diamond has contacts with all the people who stay with her in the house, including maids and her sons, suspecting they must have given him access to the house.
"You know, I chose to share his contacts with all my boys, and they talk all the time. He also has contacts with the maids who look after his children, and I suspect he must have gone through them to access the house," she said in a live video that is making rounds on social media.
