Patricia Nabakooza, a dancer in the group Triplets, which rose to fame after appearing in Kenzo’s video for the global hit Sitya Loss, shared her experience of meeting American rapper P. Diddy.
Patricia explained that the song brought many opportunities to her and the group. They traveled to the United Kingdom and the United States.
During their travels, the group met the embattled P. Diddy, along with other award-winning artists, including Chris Brown and Rihanna.
“The song became a big hit, and I traveled to the UK and the USA for the first time. We met Chris Brown, Rihanna, and P. Diddy, and we were even in the same room with Chris Brown’s dancers. It was a great experience,” she narrated in an interview with Sanyuka Television.
The Sitya Loss song was released by Eddy Kenzo in 2014 and went on to win Uganda’s first BET award in 2015.
American rapper P. Diddy is currently behind bars, with ongoing investigations into rape and defilement cases filed against him, including allegations of forced sex with other men.
