Events promoter and State Minister for Youths, Balaam Barugahare, believes that Alien Skin has the potential to become the President of the National Unity Platform (NUP).
Balaam stated that Alien Skin enjoys massive support from the public and only needs proper guidance to take on more significant responsibilities in society.
"As the Youths Minister, I will offer him guidance and knowledge to help him live responsibly in society," Balaam said.
"Alien Skin is one of the youths who can contest for the NUP presidency. He just needs direction. We are willing to explore ways to support him," Balaam added in an interview with a local television station.
Currently, Alien Skin is on remand at Luzira Prison following his arrest on charges of robbery and assault.
