Socialite and former convict Shanita Namuyimbwa, also known as Bad Black, has responded to Kim Swagga following his revelation that he is not the biological father of her daughter.
In a long social media post, Bad Black revealed that she was raped by city designer Kim Swagga and that she never consented to s*x with him.
"Dear Kim Swagga, never feel guilty. You've waited 13 years to satisfy your stupid ego—the conviction of a neglectful father who wasn't ready at your age, I will understand it. And publicly, you are one of two men who slept with me in the same week, the same month. The difference is, one raped me—that's you—and the other came like a gigolo. But at the end of the day, you both are dead in the real sense of fatherhood. You are homeless at 43 years old, still living at Jeff Kiwa's house after everything. What will you help with in the end?" she wrote.
Bad Black added that she will not allow Kim Swagga to abuse her daughter through endless DNA tests. She added that her daughter doesn't need Kim Swagga because he is irresponsible.
"There is nothing I cannot allow you to do to abuse my daughter the same way you did to me by taking advantage. She doesn't need you, but you need yourself, dear. I have never claimed you alone publicly, but you and Ssepuya, so there is no case. Even if DNA is free, you have no family, no clan, no job, no address. Why will my daughter inherit anything? Don't explain your boxers to me, please," she explained.
Bad Black added that she continues to experience trauma from Kim Swagga's act of raping her and his ignoring of his responsibilities.
"I hate you, and the reason why I abuse you is because you raped me, and it has always hurt me. There is nothing you've been paying for that. You well know you are older than me, which is not a big deal, because I will still attack you forever. So I will not give you the irrelevance of DNA. Use that money to better your life because you are badly off, dear. I wish you the best. From the younger girl you raped at 22 years old," Black wrote.
Kim Swagga has not yet responded to the rape allegations.
