Kamoga Property Consultants CEO, Hajji Kamoga Muhamadi, has taken legal action against local DJ Suuna Ben for his slanderous claims against him and his business.
According to Kamoga, since July 2023, Suuna Ben has been alleging that he colluded with his estranged girlfriend, Nambwayo, to take over his land and property.
Kamoga has demanded 900 million Ugandan shillings in compensation and damages.
He also wants 10 million Ugandan shillings in legal fees, and payment is expected within five days, according to reports circulating online.
Should Suuna fail to comply with this directive, civil and criminal legal action will be sought at his expense. Friends linked to these claims are also warned.
Kamoga says the claims were made in several areas, including Makutano in Nansana, Kampala, Mbarara, and Masaka, and have significantly damaged his business and reputation.
The real estate business owner demands retraction of the claims and a public apology within 24 hours.
Kamoga has responded to Suuna Ben's repeated allegations against him and his business. Ssuuna Ben alleges that Kamoga colluded with Mary Nambwayo, the mother of his children, to take over his property in Garuga.
