Musician Eddy Kenzo remains one of the biggest musicians in Uganda.
However, his influence has a limit within the NRM government. During President Museveni's rally in Kawempe North Constituency, the "big talent boss" was chased off stage like a chicken thief.
In a video making rounds online, Kenzo is seen exchanging words and insults with one of the SFC commandos who asked him to go off stage.
It is alleged that the security team wanted to clear the grounds to allow President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to leave, but Kenzo insisted on performing before the President's departure.
Kenzo's performance was only saved by Prime Minister Nabbanja, who ordered them to let him finish his performance as scheduled.
