The Police Flying Squad Unit has rounded up two suspected robbers thought to have masterminded a gruesome robbery that left four people dead in Nabuti Village, Mukono on Friday night.

The suspects whose identities are yet to be revealed to the press were tracked via mobile phones stolen from the mobile money shop on the gruesome night.

The gunmen who were reportedly dressed in replica of the Uganda People's Defence Forces-UPDF uniform and masks shot and killed the owner of a mobile money shop on Friday, a one Justine Eva Nagawa and three other people from the neighborhood, before taking off with cash estimated between seven and ten million Shillings.

Deputy Police mouthpiece, Polly Namaye explains that Flying Squad operatives tracked the phones and found out that the suspects had stopped along Mukono-Katosi road to withdraw money from the mobile money accounts.

She tells us that police is investigating how the suspects could have been able to access secret pin codes from the stolen phones.
