Buganda Road court has committed former Kampala CPS commander Aaron Baguma and his co-accused to High Court for trial over murder.
Baguma and three others appeared before Buganda Road Chief Magistrate, Jameson Karemani for mention of their case.
Baguma is jointly charged with 8 others including Muhammad Sebuwufu, the proprietor of pine car bond for the murder of a city businesswoman Donah Katusabe over delayed payment of a Shs 9 million debt on a car purchase.
Katusabe was tortured to death by Sebuwufu and his goons, while Baguma visited the scene, saw her suffering, but mercilessly left her to die.
He is being held at Kigo prison.
