Police in Kisoro is probing the disappearance of one Tumwijukye Moses, a 37 year old resident of Butengo village Iremera parish Bukyimbiri s/c Kisoro district.
According to a police report, the victim, who deals in Irish potatoes to Kampala, left home on his motor cycle registration no UEN522C Bajaj boxer in the morning hours of Sunday 7/1/18 and went to Kisoro for money to load Irish potatoes.
Tumwijukye hasn’t been seen until today.
Elly Maate the Kigezi region police spokesperson however says the victim’s motor Cycle was found in a trench along Kabale Kisoro road at Mubwindi in Muko s/c Rubanda district.
Other things found there are; his jacket with blood stain and a smashed helmet. Police has since initiated inquiries and search is being made and efforts to recover him alive or dead are being made.
