The Comedy Store Foundation has organized a fundraising concert scheduled for July 14, 2023, in Uganda, and it will feature the renowned Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz as the main performer. The event aims to uplift the youth by promoting a change in mindset and providing skills training.
The concert, headlined by Diamond Platnumz, will also showcase various local performers, including comedians, among others. Mr. Alex Muhangi, the chief executive officer of Comedy Store Foundation, has announced that Diamond is expected to deliver a two-hour performance at the event, which will also be graced by the presence of the legendary Kenyan singer Nameless.
Joining Diamond Platnumz on the lineup of local performers are Spice Diana, Alien Skin, Karole Kasita, Ray G, Winnie Nwagi, King Saha, Naava Grey, Zex Bilangilangi, Abeeka Band, Daddy Andre, Eezzy, and others.
