For nearly a month now, Champion Gudo has been awarded a school bursary to attend Kampala Parents School.
However, Alien Skin, who serves as Gudo's godfather, expressed dissatisfaction with Gudo accepting the bursary, and he made additional demands beyond the scholarship itself.
According to MC Kats, who spoke with the artist behind the hit song "Sitya Danger," Alien Skin insisted on receiving money in return for allowing Champion Gudo to accept the bursary.
Alien Skin seemed unwilling to release the child from his guardianship, which led to a heated exchange between Alien Skin and MC Kats.
"I was tasked with approaching Alien Skin regarding the bursary for Champion Gudo. When I contacted him, he inquired if there would be financial compensation involved. He also requested a meeting with the management of Kampala Parents to discuss financial matters. This request caught me off guard and resulted in a confrontation," MC Kats revealed during an interview with a local television station.
Champion Gudo has since returned to the care of his biological father and might now be prepared to accept the school bursary.
