Musician Karole Kasita is quick to collaborate with anyone who shows up at any time of the day.
She has previously worked with Cindy, Mudra, Fefe Bussi, Bafana, John Blaq, Crysto Panda, and most recently Spice Diana on their new trending song "Mutabaniwo".
Speaking about the importance of collaborations, Kasita explained that they help build viewership on YouTube by tapping into each other's supporters.
Kasita also said it brings about exposure to new audiences; collaborating with artists from different regions and genres expands your fan base.
"Collaborations build your fan base and help increase viewership on YouTube. Fans of the person you have worked with come to your channel to see the collaboration but end up watching your old songs, which in the long run contributes to your revenue," she said in an interview with a local television station.
Kasita also believes collaborations bring about creative growth. Working with others introduces new ideas, styles, and perspectives, fostering development.
