Musician Edirisa Musuuza, also known as Eddy Kenzo, has revealed the role he played in ensuring King Saha's concert proceeded as planned after a temporary halt.
Kenzo explained that he made several phone calls after being contacted by the show promoter, Abitex, and King Saha's manager, Roger.
They worked together with security agencies, and he fully participated in meetings to ensure the concert went ahead.
"I helped them, and we talked to different people to help the concert proceed. Abitex contacted me, the promoter of the show contacted me, and Manager Roger. I played my part to see it through, and all those people can testify," he explained.
The UNMF (Uganda National Musicians Federation) president added that he benefits from King Saha's concert through various people, and there is no reason he would oppose it.
"I have no reason to stop King Saha's concert. I gain a lot from its happening because my fellow countrymen benefit, as do business people and other service providers," he said.
The Big Talent boss said he didn't attend the show because he was busy with other activities but was represented by Pallaso, the federation's vice president.
"I was personally busy, but the federation was present at the show, and I was represented by our vice president, Pallaso," he added.
