Bebe Cool and Ziza Bafana had their Concerts scheduled to happen yesterday August 7, but things turned upside down when Kampala Capital city Authority cancelled Ziza Bafana's Concert.
The cancellation has been received with a lot of controversy and mixed reactions with Many throwing shots of blame at Bebe Cool proclaiming that the Love you every day singer had a hand in blocking Bafana's Concert.
According to a source, “A singer must present a report to KCCA mapping out how Security and parking is to be handled at the Concert Venue, and this should be done five days before the show which Bafana did not do”
KCCA demands that a Singer pays a cash fee of Ugx 3million to meet damages that might be caused on the Vegetation and Street lights, but Bafana failed to meet the demands, the source adds.
