Artist Of The Day: Akongo.
Akongo is a new vocalist and song writer signed under Gifted Music Group. Her sweet voice flows like honey dripping wet rose petals. She comfortably sings in English, Luganda and at times blends her songs with her Japhadola, her mother tongue. She is the last born of three children and remains tight lipped about her age. All girls will though. She is her 20s. Go figure!

She graduated in 2013 with bachelor's degree in public relations majoring in Mass Communications.
Akongo started singing in church choir and her love for music kept brewing. She has since released Akimiti, Muliwa, Tonight, and Onina.
