Radio personality DJ Jacob Omutuze also thinks musicians should be nonpartisan.
While speaking during an entertainment talk show at the weekend, he warned artistes against showing sides where they fall politically.
He argued that showing sides divides fans and could destroy their career.
“Musicians should be like Reverands and other religious leaders. Their job is to entertain everyone no matter their political standing,” he said.
