There has been a lot of talk around town suggesting that Azawi is the most loved musician by the bosses at Swangz Avenue.
However, Julius Kyazze has come out to debunk this, explaining that they don't have favorite musicians at Swangz Avenue; they all have the same stake at the label.
He says all musicians at the label use different strategies depending on their management goals.
Kyazze also says they don't favor anyone in promotion, and their promotion goes hand in hand with the target audience of the musician.
"There are no favorites at Swangz Avenue. Every musician has a unique strategy, so it's not true that we over-promote some and neglect others. There's always a plan for all our artists based on their target audience. We don't expect our artists to dress the same way or produce the same music. We are not a choir; every musician is an independent band," he said in part during an interview with a local television station.
