Band singer Sophie Nantongo has revealed that her fans are demanding a concert.
The singer explained she is considering organizing the concert, and all plans are underway as she looks forward to celebrating with her fans.
"My people want a concert, and I'm here to listen. The concert is on its way, and I feel it's time we celebrate together," she said in an interview with a local television station.
Nantongo's concert preparations coincide with Haruna Mubiru's show, which is set to happen next month, Carol Nantongo's show in December this year, and Geoffrey Lutaaya's show taking place on Valentine's Day next year.
Band music continues to be celebrated in Uganda despite its low appearance on music charts and timelines.
