Sandra Tetta, Weasel's current manager, who was involved in contract negotiations between the singer and Norbert Events, has shed light on the situation.
Sandra revealed that Norbert gave only 13 million Ugandan shillings to Weasel and nothing more.
She explained that Norbert initially deposited 10 million Ugandan shillings into Weasel's account as a signing fee for the concert.
Later, he sent three million Ugandan shillings to Weasel when the singer faced financial difficulties, bringing the total amount to 13 million Ugandan shillings.
"Norbert deposited only 10 million as a signing fee on the contract. Later, Weasel reached out to Norbert during financial difficulties, and Norbert sent him 2 million and then 1 million, totaling 13 million," Sandra Tetta revealed in an interview with a local television station.
Sandra added that the promoter has since failed to honor their agreement and keeps playing hide-and-seek instead of fulfilling it, leading to the escalation of the conflict into a physical altercation.
