Rapper Navio has earned entry into the upcoming 67th Grammy Awards.
Navio's song "Tyabu Tyabu," from the Navio X project, has received consideration in two categories: Song of the Year and Best Contemporary Instrumental.
"Hey, my people, GREAT NEWS!! We just landed 2 major considerations for the 67th Grammy Awards for 'TYABU TYABU' off The NAVIO X Project!" he wrote on social media.
Navio is hopeful that he will make it to the final nominations and eventually win the prestigious awards.
It is also noteworthy that in October 2023, Chameleon and Eddy Kenzo received Grammy considerations. Chameleon was considered for his song "Ready," which he collaborated on with Jamaican legends Morgan Heritage. Kenzo received a nomination for his collaboration with US artist Matt B on the song "Gimme Love."
