Genge trio P-Unit are back again with a new single under their belt. The new track dubbed “L.O.V.E” is integration of “Genge” with a slow kwaito rhythmic sound (South African beat).

The group had a recent stint in SA and that’s when they explored the scenic nature of Cape Town by making it the location to shoot the video for the new song L.O.V.E.
With their experiments in music the trio might lose the originality that made them who they are today. The single is far from their Genge signature but I must admit it has a good ring to it.

Speaking on the inspiration for the song, P Unit’s Gabu narrates, “We have done several club bangers in the past and L.O.V.E brings out the softer side of our individual personalities. Love defines who we are, what we think, what we do and determines how we relate with other people. This song talks about love and expresses how we relate each day with the wonderful people in our lives.”
