Life for Mukono Municipality Member of Parliament Betty Nambooze has turned into some ball bouncing from one place to another.
Today, Uganda Police Force released the MP on bond. She is expected to report to the commissioner homicide department at Kibuli on July 29th.
Nambooze was arrested for incitement to commit an offence and offensive communication after the assassination of Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga.
She has since fallen ill in police custody and was rushed to Kiruddu hospital where the situation deteriorated, forcing the doctors to recommend that she is transferred to a better facility.
Hon. Nambooze is expected to keep reporting at Kibuli. She has since been released to her family and friends who immediately rushed her to bugolobi medical center for better attention.
She was supposed to go to India for a medical review.
Nambooze was operated on, in September last year and the surgeon asked that she returns on June 16th, a date that has already passed.
