One person is dead, and two others are in grave pain following an accident that occurred last night at Kiseminti along Mubende –Fort Portal high way in Mubende district.
The accident involved a trailer Registration Number KCU 316B/ZD866S FAW and a Bajaj boxer Motorcycle registration number UET 960D.
According to Norbert Ochom, the Wamala region police spoke person, the deceased is Egilster Mangatabwe while those that were injured are Abdu and Patrick Geragwa all residents of Kyaka County, Kyegegwa district.
Ochom says the victims were travelling on a motorcycle from Kyegegwa to Mubende town when the trailer which was from Kampala heading to Fort Portal, knocked the three, killing Mangatabwe on spot.
He attributed the accident to over speeding by the driver of the trailer who is on the run.
The injured are recovering at Mubende region referral hospital.
