The Ag Executive Director Kampala Capital City Authority Eng Andrew Kitaka and his Deputy Samuel Sserunkuma along with 3 other senior have been fired and instructed to vacate office, with immediate effect.
The officers will be replaced by 5 new people suggested by President Yoweri Museveni.
The Service Commission has been requested to interview Ms Dorothy Kisaka for the position of Executive Director, Eng. David Luyimbazi Ssali for Deputy ED and Dr. Okello Ayen Daniel for the position of Director Public Health and Environment.
Others are; Sarah Kanyike who takes on the position of Director Gender, Community Services and Production, as well as CID boss Grace Akullo who takes over as the Director Human Resource and Administration.
“We have used integrity hunting to identify the persons mentioned above. With regard to all the other vacant positions. They should be filled by advertising, utilizing your system. You should do the interviewing for the City Council Authority” Part of the letter reads.
