Mr. Mpuuga John, the LCV Chairperson of Kyankwanzi has narrowly survived death after his motor vehicle LG 0012-062 was involved in an accident.
ASP Kawala Racheal PRO, Wamala Region says that the incident occurred on 17.05.2023 at 8:00 PM in Busunju along the Kampala-Hoima highway.
According to reports from witnesses, LG0012-062, driven by Mr. Mpuuga John was traveling towards Kampala when it collided with a truck number UAL 966B Benz which was loaded with logs.
Mr. Mpuuga sustained injuries and was rushed to Nakasero Hospital for medical treatment.
Police officers visited and documented the scene.
Kawala says that both motor vehicles have been towed to Busunju Police Station for further investigation under the oversight of the Inspector of Vehicles.
It is also alleged that Mpuuga was over speeding.
