There was a scuffle as voters at Kabbubu polling stations N-Z in Kyadondo East expressed mixed feelings when police directed them to vacate the premises after voting.

The ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM), has accused the opposition camps in the Kyadondo East by-election of hatching a plan in to torture voters on the voting day and in the night before, which falls tonight.
