The wife of Maurice Mugisha, Irene Birungi Mugisha has finally landed a mega deal with Statehouse in the communications department.
Reliable sources have intimated to us that Irene landed the juicy job on Monday, last week.
Another source says that she went through JK Kazoora’s wife who is well linked to the state house to seal the deal.
Irene went on social media and expressed her joy.
She posted and said;
“Good things happen to good and patient people. Way to go for a new challenge with people who matter,” on her Twitter handle.
According to alternative sources, Irene and Maurice have been going through a rough time lately. She had decided to be a stay home wife but she would often travel to Nyabushozi to look after her husband’s farm.
Last year, their marriage was put on a test by local tabloids after it was reported that the two were separating. In their defense, they held a joint interview with the New Vision and explained it all.
