Controversial city socialite, Sipapa claimed he has the most beautiful woman in Uganda in an interview with a local TV.
Sipapa, who doesn't mince his words said he doesn't regret giving up on other women to concentrate on Shamirah whom he calls the chosen one.
"I am now concentrating on loving my woman and she is having a good life after all she is the most beautiful around," he said in an interview with a local radio station.
Sipapa who has no known job often parades his love conquests on social media.
Last year, she separated from musician Serena Bata who accused him of domestic violence.
