Music producer Karim Muchwa, also known as Producer Didi, has accused singer Eddy Kenzo of seeking attention by claiming to have sent him financial help during his recent illness.
“Eddy Kenzo should stop hoodwinking the public, he has never given me any penny during my challenging moments as he alleges. It’s only Gift Ov Kaddo who prepared meals for me while bedridden as well as King Saha who catered for my hospital bills. I’m creating enemies with my family as they think Kenzo gave me bags of money. I don’t even have his phone number caz the one he gave me for Ivory Coast is off the grid,’ Producer Didi has spoken out.
Didi claims that he was abandoned by many big artists, including Young Mandela, whom he had produced for. Kenzo had previously stated that he had helped Didi, but that more needed to be done to help him.
“I have at some point helped Didi if he is to be honest. But Didi’s problems need all of us to come together and talk to him to know what exactly is going on in his life, and see how we can help him'” said Kenzo.
Didi has clarified that he has never received financial help from Kenzo and that only King Saha and Gift Ov Kaddo provided him with support during his illness.
He has also warned Kenzo to stop seeking attention from the public.
