Event promoter Abbey Musinguzi, also known as Abitex, is displeased with Fangone Forest boss Alien Skin and has issued a threat of imprisonment against him.
Abitex alleges that Alien Skin is engaging in evasive tactics regarding his finances, but he has warned that Alien Skin will soon encounter severe consequences.
He cautioned the artist behind the "Sitya Danger" hit to reimburse the funds he had invested in the Nkwacho Festival before the week concludes, or he will be subjected to legal action and potential imprisonment.
"I am granting him only this week to return my investment, and if he fails to comply, I will proceed to court. I will not tolerate any further mishandling of promoters' funds, and this should serve as a lesson," he stated.
Abitex asserts that he has already contributed millions to the Nkwacho Festival, yet Alien Skin unexpectedly reversed course and called off the event.
