Musician Mansur Semanda, popularly known as King Saha, is a beloved figure in the National Unity Platform (NUP) and a well-known personality in both Uganda’s music and political spheres.
He has officially endorsed counsel Elias Nalukoola for the Kawempe North MP position.
King Saha has urged his political party, the National Unity Platform, to grant its ticket to Nalukoola ahead of the elections scheduled for March this year.
"I believe Nalukoola deserves this party ticket. Let us give him the card because he is aggressive and a well-rounded leader who can provide responsible leadership," he stated in a live TikTok video.
King Saha firmly believes that Nalukoola is the best candidate for the job and that NUP should have no difficulty endorsing him ahead of the elections.
Nalukoola remains in a tight race for the NUP ticket, competing against Alex Luwemba, Umar Magala, and several others.
