Media personality Edwin Katamba, also known as MC Kats, made headlines last week after claiming to possess a "top secret" about Bobi Wine that, if revealed, could ruin his political career.
Bobi Wine's social media followers responded vehemently, targeting MC Kats with online attacks and abuse.
However, the host of NBS Television's "After 5" show has since revealed that peace talks are underway with Bobi Wine's team. He has also disclosed his frustrations with the National Unity Platform (NUP) President.
Mc Kats clarified that he met with Bobi Wine's personal assistant, Selector Davie, and that they are in ongoing discussions to find a peaceful resolution.
"I met Selector Davie earlier this week and we had talks. I expressed my issues regarding Bobi Wine, and [Davie] promised to get back to me to discuss the matter further," he revealed on Tuesday during the "NBS After 5" show.
Mc Kats maintains that he has no personal issues with Bobi Wine, but that he was speaking on behalf of various individuals who are unable to directly voice their concerns to the NUP President.
