Singer/Actor /Radio Simba Moses Nsubuga aka Super Charger has today publicly announced that is HIV positive just a week after An American actor Charlie Sheen appeared on the Today show and confirmed reports that he is HIV positive.
After the declaration, social media went frenzy as they uttered the ugly side of the actor. "How can he declare that he is HIV positive, after infecting others, he should have done that four years ago" one said
