Ugandan Olympic Team Has No Uniform

The Ugandan Olympic Team has no uniform so far because of no money according to our sources.

To me its like an anniversay of no uniform since last year they had the same problem and the years before ,but whats funny though is that the budget has just been passed where the  sports section has a bout 400m allocated for all  its activities.This leaves Ugandan funs with no choice but to think some thing is wrong with the system.

As they say work without motivation leads to poor performance, well may be that's why our team always gets the worst a part from the gifted few like  Kiprotich and the crew , the rest of the team I guess just goes there to may be check out Glasgow Germany
