Chameleone To Receive An Award From Tanzanian President, John Magufuli

Singer Jose Chameleone is one of the pioneer artistes in East Africa. He is versatile and his music is at times blended with different languages including Swahili.

News on Howwe desk indicates that on 1st  September 2018, the self proclaimed "Music Doctor" will be given an accolade  by Tanzanian President John Pombe Mafuguli for promoting the Swahili language. The colourful ceremony will be held in Dodoma at Jamhuri Stadium.

Jose Chameleone, who is also expected to perform at the the national event will arrive in Dar es Salaama, Tanzania on 31st August.

Chameleone has done numerous songs in Swahili, and they include; "Shida Za Dunia", "Valu Valu" and many more.
