Tamale Mirundi Junior, the son of former presidential press secretary Joseph Tamale Mirundi, found himself in trouble with the law as he was arrested by traffic police for reportedly violating traffic laws.
A video clip capturing the incident quickly spread across social media platforms, attracting significant attention.
In the video, Mirundi Junior can be seen engaged in a heated exchange with the traffic officers who attempted to impound his car. His frustration is evident as he raises his voice and instructs one of his friends to record the unfolding events on their phone. Displaying a sense of entitlement, he tells the officers to contact their superiors using his phone, suggesting that he possesses influential connections.
Despite one of the officers warning him against making threats, Mirundi Junior disregards the admonition and continues to challenge the authorities. It is worth noting that Mirundi Junior is executive personal assistant to the state minister for lands, Dr. Sam Mayanja.
