The mother of musicians Jose Chameleone, Weasel Manizo, and Pallaso, Mrs. Prossy Mayanja, recently underwent emergency heart surgery at the Mulago Heart Institute after experiencing fainting spells a few days ago.
According to Dembe FM and KFM presenter Kuku Wazabanga, known as Kasuku, Mrs. Prossy has been grappling with heart complications for many years. This culminated in a sudden attack and subsequent collapse, prompting her hospitalization.
She was immediately rushed to the Mulago Hospital Heart Institute, where medical professionals diagnosed her condition. It was discovered that the blood vessels responsible for transporting blood to her heart were gradually narrowing, which was causing her to faint.
During her hospital stay, her sons, Weasel Manizo and Pallaso, were by her side, diligently caring for her. The two musicians made frequent visits to the Mulago Hospital, ensuring their mother's well-being and the provision of top-tier medical care.
The surgery was a success, and Mrs. Prossy is now recovering in the hospital. She is expected to make a full recovery, and her family is grateful for the support they have received from the public.
