Earlier this week, reports circulated suggesting Winnie Nwagi was considering terminating her contract with Swangz Avenue.
It was alleged that she had already changed her booking team and had a lot of friction with her managers at the Industrial Area-based label.
However, Swangz Avenue has denied the split, calling it rubbish and baseless.
In an interview with a local media outlet, Swangz Avenue revealed that they have a binding contract with Winnie Nwagi and that all is well between them.
They revealed that Nwagi is in high spirits and promised to deliver more good music this year.
