Loathe it or love it?
Singer Juliana Kanyomozi is back to her short hair look and we think she looks great, but that's my own opinion since I love change almost about everything.
Juliana couldn’t keep her secret new hairstyle hidden for long, though ... because she loves it so much and says she missed her old look.
It makes her look young and more beautiful, doesn't it?! Again, my opinion.
