It is with no denying that the Sitya Loss Singer is currently one of the biggest Musicians in the Country, his Music has won him a host of recognitions including the prestigious BET Award , he is on record the Only East African artiste to ever win the Black Entertainment Award.
Eddy Kenzo has enjoyed immense Success Since he Skyrocketed into the Music scene in 2009 with the mighty Yanimba track. He has garnered a big fan base over the years.

With that success under his belt and a giant fan following world wide , Why did Eddy Kenzo chose to have his Concert at a Small Venue ( Hotel Africana) which according to those in the know, accomodates only 4,000 people at full capacity ?
In 2013 and 2014 , Eddy Kenzo staged successfully Concerts at Kyadondo Rugby grounds, a venue that Occupies about thrice the people Hotel Africana can house.
Kenzo's fan base has notably grown rapidly since October 2014 when he staged his Kamungulze Concert at Kyadondo rugby grounds. If his Social media fan following is anything to go by, Eddy Kenzo can fill Lugogo cricket Oval to capacity. Lugogo cricket Oval,according to a credible sources occupies about 18,000 people.
WHY NOT KYADONDO RUGBY CLUB AGAIN ?
It should be remembered that Kampala capital city Authority ( KCCA ) suspended Concerts at Kyadondo grounds. According to past stories written on various blogs, the reason for the draconian move is noise pollution and lack of a parking Space. Kyadondo club Management will have to settle the pending issues with Jennifer Musisi if any Music Concert is to be held there again.

According to an insider in Kenzo's camp, renowned Music Promoter BMK offered Kenzo a free Venue at Hotel Africana.
Our efforts to get a Comment from Eddy Kenzo were futile by press time, His Manager Prince Cox, declined to make a Comment about Kenzo being offered a free Venue.
