And here we thought she was at the peak of her career ... but no, not even close, Sheebah's current success isn't what she's ready to settle for.
The 'Nkwatako' singer is the only artist in the history of Ugandan music to win 6 female artist of the year awards in 4 consecutive years ... but still that's not enough because even though she can stand tall and pride herself for all these and other achievements, she still wants to make her countrymen proud by winning an award bigger than any Ugandan artist has won before.
Sheebah says she's looked up to Rihanna since she was only 17 years old and that she's inspired by she success and the fact that the American pop star is always 'winning effortlessly without changing her personality or trying so hard'.
She took to Instagram and shared a photo of Rihanna and Drake holding hands stepping down the stage after Drake's surprising speech about the barbadian singer and captioned;
💛💛 Sucess On One Hand Love On The Other!!! 👑!! Am so Proud Of This Woman! Since I Was 17, I Have Been Inspired By Her Work & How She Continues Winning Effortlessly Without Changing Her Personality Or Trying So Hard!! I Hope One Day I Bring Uganda That Special Award That Has Never "Landed Anywhere Close To My Country" I Loved Her Speech So Much!! Long Live 👑
