A few months back, celebrated DJ cum Urban TV station manager, Michael Owori aka Dj Bush Baby threw in a towel at the Vision Group-owned TV station. Bush Baby had been at the helm of the struggling TV station since 2013. Sources told us that the soft-spoken DJ called a staff meeting and informed them that he was moving on.
Speaking to Bushbaby on Saturday in a Bugolobi based bar, he clearly explained why he left the station.
“I could no longer take it in. New Vision CEO, Robert Kabushenga was overpowered by top management. We would sit and make plans on how to move the station forward but our decisions would be rejected. I had so many demands from my producers and Presenters to meet. Whenever I presented them to the bosses, they would be trashed. I got so frustrated. I am only praying for Urban TV” he said.
