Comical politician Moses Nsereko lost terribly in the Kawempe North by-election which took place on Thursday this week.
Nsereko only managed to poll 32 votes in the whole constituency against 17,764 polled by Elias Nalukoola Luyimbazi, who emerged the winner of the election.
The comic politician, however, says he was cheated in the by-election and will be heading to courts of law to seek remedies.
He explained that the elections were not free and fair.
"I am heading to court so that I can share with them my grievances about these elections. I think they have not been free and fair. I want the truth to come out," he explained in an interview with a local television shortly after the winner was announced.
Moses Nsereko was among those who contested in the primaries of the National Unity Platform, lost to Nalukoola, and chose to run independently, the same thing which Alex Luswa Luwemba also did.
