Jamaican dancehall artist Konshens revealed that he was unaware of Ugandan culture, citing this as the reason he did not provide condolence money to Radio's family.

He clarified that his visit to Radio's burial site was a gesture of respect for the late singer's contributions to the music industry in Uganda.

Responding to online queries about not offering financial support to Radio's family, Konshens stated,

"I didn’t know that I had to give them money. I did whatever I did out of respect." He performed at Blankets and Wine after arriving in the country earlier in the week.
