All is not fine for Catherine Kusasira. On Saturday, the bummy survived spending night in Police coolers as Irene Namubiru - Lyto boss saga for the song ‘Anjagala’goes on.
Catherine was arrested and detained shortly at Entebbe Police Station after Fusion Band manager; Farouk Muyimbwa filed a complaint that the singer had deceptively acquired money from the band.
The singer is being accused of pocketing Shs 1 million, which was given to her by Fusion Band to pay to upcoming singer, Lyto Boss. The money was payment for the ‘Anjagala’ song, which was written by him.
Muyimbwa says that Kusasiira lobbied 1,000,000 from the band as payment for the rights to produce the song, Anjagala but did not deliver the money to the songwriter, Lyto Boss--- and he wants to be refunded to clear off the mess.
The case is registered under reference number, SD; Ref 59/20/5/2015 at Entebbe Police Station
